Al was wonderful – he brought a sample of the wood over to make sure that I was happy with the color and that it blended with my oak floor. The project went smoothly even though we ran into a few major issues. The work was performed in a professional manner and I am going to have them install my hardwood floors in my bedroom. When Al came back last week – he took one look at my stairs and remembered me and my name – which is not a common name. He is a very nice guy.
